How it works
  1. Take the parcel to an organised garage of your choice, personally or through a local delivery service.
  2. Create the RelayNG booking after the parcel has been handed in at the garage.
  3. The interstate driver carries it and can share the journey location with RelayNG.
  4. At the destination garage or an agreed bus stop, a nearby available RelayNG delivery agent collects the parcel.
  5. RelayNG delivers it to the receiver and confirms delivery with an OTP.
